Pilates is nothing but a form of exercise, originally developed by Joseph Pilates. It is Joseph Pilates who gave emphasis to the unprejudiced development of the body through concepts like flexibility, core strength and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

Over the last few years Pilates has become one of the most popular exercises in the world.

These days it the whole world is doing Pilates and that too quite religiously. And then there are those who are eager to start a Pilates exercise program. The success behind Pilates exercise program lies in its simplicity. Its not heavy duty, it does not need lot of instruments, with proper guidance you can do it in the corner of your room.
